groups. The division stocks 10,000 yards of carpet for
immediate installation and special orders along with hard
surfaces that can be installed typically within two weeks.
Our labor force of sub-contractors is a tremendous source of
pride and is currently the envy of the Northern Ohio
marketplace. |
Commercial Division
Purchases for inventory truckload quantities of
extremely high quality commercial carpet that is some
how distressed at dramatic discounts. The material is always
first quality but may have been discontinued, aged, off
shade, or experimental. We help the major carpet mills get
rid of their distressed material quickly and to a wholesaler
(CFO) that pays their bills promptly. In turn CFO can sell
our material to Real Estate Developers, Management
Companies, Municipalities and Designers at legitimately
below wholesale prices. Out 25,000 yards of inventory is
available for immediate installation. Special orders and
Hard Surface materials can be accommodated in typically two
weeks. |
